Standard delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days for in-stock items. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 4 to 8 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we offer white-glove delivery which includes professional assembly and placement of your furniture in your room of choice, as well as removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and mattresses are generally non-returnable unless defective.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your Megafurniture account to see real-time status updates on your delivery.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Most of our furniture pieces come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects. Extended protection plans are also available for purchase at checkout.
