At Megafurniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our flexible return policy allows for exchanges or refunds within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all furniture remains in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a successful return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and photos of the item within 14 days of receipt.

  Review and Approval

  Our quality assurance team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with specific instructions for the pickup or drop-off.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Once approved, we will coordinate a professional logistics team to collect the furniture from your residence; please note that a restocking fee may apply.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item arrives back at our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
